Returns and exchanges

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please confirm your vehicle model, year, body style and selected variant before purchase. Contact us for help if you are unsure about compatibility.

Incorrect, damaged or missing items

Contact us promptly if the item received is incorrect, damaged or incomplete. Include your order number, product and selected variant, photos of the item and packaging, and your continuous unboxing video. Keep the original packaging and do not install, modify or discard the item while we review the concern.

For missing-item claims, record one continuous video showing the sealed package, shipping label, opening process and all received contents. Without a package-opening video, we cannot guarantee a resolution. We review the available evidence and advise you of any replacement, authorized return or other remedy appropriate to the order. This video requirement does not remove rights available under applicable law.

Fitment concerns

Test-fit before permanent installation or modification. Send clear photos of the mounting area, selected variant and alignment so we can review the concern. Do not return an item without contacting us for authorization and the correct destination.

Refunds and order delays

If a refund is approved or required by law, we will explain the amount and processing steps. Any required refund will be issued to the original payment method where possible; bank processing time can vary. If shipment is delayed beyond the promised timeframe, you can choose to accept the revised estimate or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a refund as required by applicable law.

Your rights

This policy does not limit statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to defective, misdescribed or undelivered goods.
