Shipping options
Free US Economy shipping is available on orders of $50 or more. Select the free Economy option at checkout when eligible. Other shipping options, including paid upgrades and international carrier rates, are charged as displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes or import duties are separate unless expressly included.
Order preparation and delivery
Parts may ship directly from our fulfillment partners. Preparation and transit time depend on the selected part and destination. Check the product listing for any stated estimate, or contact us before ordering if you need a part by a specific date. Tracking is provided when available. Orders with multiple parts may arrive in separate packages.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a refund. Where no shipment timeframe was promised, we follow applicable shipment and cancellation requirements.
Delivery details
Confirm your shipping address and contact details at checkout. Contact us promptly if an address correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Before opening your package
Record one continuous video from the sealed package through opening and checking all contents. Clearly show the shipping label, outer packaging, seals and every item received. Keep all packaging until you have checked your order.
Missing items, damage or delivery concerns
Contact MCarbonique promptly with your order number, the unboxing video and clear photos. For missing-item claims, a continuous package-opening video is required for our review process. Without this video, we cannot guarantee a resolution. We will assess the available evidence and advise you of the next steps. This requirement does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.
