How It Works

To keep you on the road, you do not need to be without a key. You have two options for shipment:

1. Shell Only (Recommended): Disassemble your key and ship just the outer plastic/metal casing. This allows you to keep the internal circuit board and valet key so you can still drive your car while we work.

2. Intact Key: Send the complete, intact key if you have a spare available.

 Vehicle Brand: (e.g., BMW, Porsche, Audi)

 Paint Code: The exact OEM paint code or color name you want (e.g., C6G Ruby Star Neo, 475 Black Sapphire Metallic).

 Disassembly Status: Let us know if you are able to disassemble the key shell yourself prior to shipping, or if you will be shipping the intact key for us to take apart.
